My work is inspired by my personal journey to wholeness and healing. I was raised in the Pacific Northwest of the United States, which I still call home. Throughout my life I’ve been challenged to resolve traumas I experienced related to scarcity, family dysfunction, and denying my femininity. I have always felt a deep passion and calling to explore consciousness and inner work, leading me to incredible experiences and encounters with many teachers and lost parts within myself. I was introduced to psychedelics in adolescence, which naturally followed my immersion into the field of depth psychology and neurobiology. I have 10 years of experience in helping professions and various advocacy work, supported by my ever-active investigations of the mind.
My journey brought me to many important spiritual practices I have now integrated into my day-to-day life such as reading tarot, meditation, chanting, journaling, Vedic astrology, tai chi, and more. To me, a spiritual practice is not otherworldly and often appears quite mundane on the surface; it’s about inviting “soul” into your everyday experiences. My desire is to create content that helps others cultivate their own spiritual practice, as I believe it is essential to promoting health and stability.
